新型城镇化下农民市民化的困境与路径选择——以孝感市为例

Difficulties and Countermeasures for Farmer's Urbanization under New Urbanization in Xiaogan

新型城镇化的关键是"人的城镇化"、"农民市民化",有效促进农民市民化是缩小城乡收入差距的有效途径,是实现现代化的有力保障,是改善农村现状的必由之路。近几年来,孝感城镇化发展速度较快,但城镇化率与全国平均水平相比还存在一定差距,农民市民化方面也存在一些问题。推进孝感农民市民化进程,必须从合理引导农民就近城镇化,对农民进行职业技能培训,解决进城农民户籍、子女教育及老人赡养问题,以及建立公益性农民工维权机制等方面着手。

People＇s urbanization and farmers＇ urbanization are the key to the new urbanization.To effectively promote farmers＇ urbanization is an effective way to narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas,ensure the modern realization and improve the status quo of the rural areas.In recent years,the speed of urbanization development is fast in Xiaogan,but there is still a gap between its rate of urbanization and the national average one.There are some problems for Xiaogan＇s urbanization of farmers.To promote its urbanization of farmers,it is supposed to start with reasonably guiding farmers to the nearest towns,having them trained in vocational skills,providing education for farmers＇ children,supporting the elderly and establishing public institutions and legal counsel to defend the rights of migrant workers so as to protect the interests of farmers.
