三线合一、三塔悬索桥两设计方案静风稳定性对比研究 被引量:3

摘要 以某公铁两用三线合一、三塔悬索桥为研究对象,运用ANSYS软件分别建立该公铁两用桥的2个设计方案(钢箱桁和钢桁)的全桥有限元模型和等效单梁有限元模型,通过节段模型风洞试验得到这2个设计方案的静力三分力系数曲线;在同时考虑风荷载非线性和结构几何非线性影响的情况下,采用风速增量与内外双重迭代结合的方法,进行该桥2个设计方案的静风稳定非线性全过程对比分析,研究其静风稳定性能。结果表明:建立的三线合一、三塔悬索桥等效单梁有限元模型是可行的;该桥2个设计方案的自振频率均较低,易发生振动,其静风失稳形态为横向、竖向和扭转的空间变形失稳;钢箱桁方案的静风失稳临界风速较钢桁方案的大,而同一风速下钢箱桁方案的桥梁变形比钢桁方案小;不同初始攻角条件下,桥梁静风失稳形态除可能是侧向对称失稳外,还可能是双跨反对称竖向失稳,这与升力系数、升力矩系数密切相关。 Taking a three-track three-tower suspension bridge for both highway and railway as the research object,the full-bridge and equivalent single-girder finite element models were established respectively for the two design schemes(steel box truss and steel truss)by ANSYS,and the aerostatic three-component coefficients were obtained by the wind tunnel tests of section-model.Considering both the wind load and structural geometric nonlinearities,the nonlinear full-range analyses of aerostatic stability were carried out for the two schemes with the method of combining wind speed increment and internal-external double iterations to study aerostatic stability.The results show that the equivalent single-girder finite element model established for three-track three-tower suspension bridge is feasible.The natural frequencies are low for both design schemes,which would easily lead to vibration.The modes of aerostatic instability are horizontal,vertical and torsional deformation instability.The critical wind speed of the aerostatic instability for steel box truss scheme is larger than that for steel truss scheme.At the same wind speed,the deformation for steel box truss scheme is smaller than that for steel truss scheme.Under different initial attack angles,the instability modes of the bridge could be laterally symmetric or double-span vertically antisymmetric,which are closely related to lift coefficient and lifting moment coefficient.
