社会分层视角下大学生就业基本公共服务均等化探究——以黄石高校为例

The research on employment and the equalization of basic and public employment services of graduates:A social stratification perspective.——A study based on universities in Huangshi

家庭背景、社会关系网络是大学生社会资本水平的重要因素,它与大学生的就业行为和就业结果有着密切的关系。户籍制度虽对就业没有产生直接的影响,但通过入学机会和社会资本来影响大学生就业。目前就业基本公共服务呈现群体差异、地区差异较大等特点。主要从家庭背景、户籍制度等社会分层的视角揭示大学生就业基本公共服务均等化的现状,探究影响大学生就业的主要因素。

Family backgrounds,especially social networks play an important role on students＇ social capital,A strong link was found among employment behavior and outcomes. In the course of the investigation,we found that the household registration did not have a direct impact on employment,but it affected through the chance of enrollment and social capital. Nowadays the differences between group and area are much bigger. This study attempts to reveal how social stratification affects the Equalization of basic and public employment services,It also analyses the chief affecting factors on employment.
