白酒微量成分含量对白酒质量影响的统计分析

Statistical analyses of the influence of liquor trace ingredients on the quality of liquor

以8只不同香型的样品酒为例,分析了白酒的微量成分含量对白酒质量的影响。首先,求出各类微量成分的相关系数矩阵;再用主成分分析法分析醇类、酯类和酸类指标;最后,用Wi1coxon秩和检验法将样品酒进行成对比较。实证结果得出反映醇类、酯类和酸类影响的综合指标,以及8种样品酒两两间的微量成分含量的差异。

Take eight sample wines of different flavor for example, we analyze the impaction of trace ingredients on the quality of liquor. First, correlation coefficient matrixes of various types of trace components are calculated. Then we analyze alcohols, esters and acids indicators by principal component analysis. Finally, sample wine will be pair wise compared through Wi1coxon rank sum test. The composite indicators of alcohols, esters and acids are obtained, and also the differences between any two of trace elements content in the eight kinds wine samples.
