上海市级医院日间手术发展的优化策略研究

Research on the optimizing strategies of the ambulatory surgery in Shanghai municipal hospitals

通过对上海市级医院发展日间手术进行分析,认为上海市级医院开展日间手术的空间较大,日间手术发展的适宜模式是集中式管理与分散式管理相结合,推进规范化、精细化管理。指出需要注意的重点问题包括:确定日间手术的适宜范围、加强专业人员配置与队伍建设、管理及优化流程、保障医疗安全、加强医患信息沟通、加强质量控制与评价。提出上海市级医院日间手术发展途径及管理抓手主要包括争取医院外部政策环境的支持,构建同行协作平台进行示范推广,加强医院内日间手术管理相关工作。

Analysis shows that the space for development of ambulatory surgery in Shanghai is great,and the appropriate ambulatory surgery model for municipal hospital is the combining of central management and distributed controlling, and promoting standard and elaborate management is of great importance. Some key issues should be attended,such as the definition of proper arrangement,specialization and team building,optimizing processes, protecting the safety of medical treatment,promoting doctor-patient communication,strengthening quality control and evaluation. Approaches of development and management methods mainly include striving for the policy support, constructing demonstrative peer collaboration platform, and strengthening ambulatory surgery management in hospitals.
