摘要
20世纪末,高校体制改革深刻影响了国内医学院校附属医院的管理模式。作者基于对大学附属医院管理模式演变情况的梳理,立足社会现实,考察了国内高校附属医院管理体制存在的弊端,并试图在"医改"新形势下,提出高校附属医院管理体制改革的新思路。
The system reform for colleges and universities at the end of the 20 th century deeply affected the management mode of affiliated hospital of medical colleges in China. The thesis sorts out the evolution situation of the management mode about those affiliated hospitals. Based on the social reality, it inspects the existing defects in the management system of affiliated hospitals and tries to put forward a new thinking for management system reform of affiliated hospitals in the new situation of healthcare reform.
