The overuse of drugs and the irrational increase of drug cost in hospital are currently hot social issues, especially the abuse of antibiotics, which will lead to serious consequences. In order to reduce the burden of patients, the administrative departments restrict the drug income of hospital by the management policies. These management policies affect drug use in hospital with promoting clinical rational drug use, especially the use of antibiotics, but the policy of drug proportion also has its own limitations for further optimization.
