摘要
通过对研究型医院的内涵和人才队伍建设的界定,分析了传统医院人才建设存在的误区,从创新理念,营造医院优秀的人才文化;完善各种方式,提供优质的培训服务;针对学科发展特点,创新人才的布局和结构;深化内部改革,创新人才评价机制等方面提出了研究型医院人才建设的几点设想。
By defining the content and concept of research oriented hospital and human resources team building, the misunderstanding of the existing human resources building were analyzed. Suggestions such as building excellent human resources culture, providing good training, innovating human resources construction and innovating human resources assessment mechanism were proposed.
