临床实习对医学人才的培养起着至关重要的作用。新形势下,胸外科的临床实习教学工作面临着更多的问题与挑战。引导实习生更好更快地成长为合格的临床医师,首先要对教学工作高度重视,把医德医风的传承与落实作为一切工作的基础;其次,在加强理论教学的基础上,着重培养实习生的临床实践和沟通能力;最后,要引导实习生培养自我管理能力,养成不断进取的积极人生态度,使其能够有更长远的发展,并终身受益。

Clinical practice plays a vital role in medical staff training. Under the new situation, clinical teaching of thoracic surgery is facing more problems and challenges. To guide the intern to grow better to be qualified clinicians, we must attach great importance to the heritage and ethics as the basis and prerequisite for the implementation of all the work firstly. Secondly, based on the teaching of theoretical basis, we must focus on the training of practice and communication abilities. Finally, we should guide the intern to learn self-management skills and develop positive and progressive attitude to life. These training enable them to have a more long-term development, and will last a lifetime.
