“五位一体”视角下生态文明城市评价指标体系研究——基于青岛市的实证分析

On the evaluation index system of eco-civilized city from the perspective of “five in one”——an empirical analysis of Qingdao city

在"五位一体"视角下,从生态经济文明、生态文化文明、生态社会文明、生态政治文明、生态环境文明5个层面,选取47个要素指标,构建生态文明城市评价指标体系。在此基础上,运用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对青岛市生态文明城市建设中的5个层面进行评价分析。

From the ecological economic civilization, the ecological cultural civilization, the ecological social civilization, the ecological political civilization and the ecological environmental civilization, 47 element indicators are selected and the evaluation index system of eco-civilized city is constructed from the perspective of ＂five in one＂. Based on this, the paper makes an empirical evaluation analysis of Qingdao city on the five aspects with the methods of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.
