摘要
受轴承选型限制影响,国内某出口2C0机车转向架中间轴只能选取较小自由横动量。为取得与原方案一致的动力学性能,采取减小中间轴一系横向刚度的方案解决。文章采用多体动力学软件SIMPACK对该机车进行动力学仿真计算,通过计算结果对机车稳定性进行分析,并对三种工况下机车曲线通过性能与原方案进行对比分析,优化选取中间轴一系横向刚度。这将为类似转向架设计提供参考。
A smaller free lateral displacement of wheelset is used in a locomotive with 2C0 bogies own to the restriction of bearing type. With the purpose of obtaining the same dynamics performance as the original solution,it can resolve by decreasing primary suspension lateral stiffness of middle axle. The dynamics model of the locomotive is established with SIMPACK to analyze its lateral nonlinear stability,and curve passing performances of locomotive under three working conditions are simulated comparing with the original solution. The primary suspension lateral stiffness of middle axle is selected by optimizing calculation. These works can provide reference for the similar bogie.
