摘要
轴承游隙的大小决定了轴承的旋转精度和承载能力,通过对游隙值的控制,可以达到降低传动系统振动和噪声的目的。文章针对ZUA200型城际动车组,提出了通用性齿轮箱轴承游隙调整工装设计方案,并使用UG软件对工装进行三维建模,同时利用软件高级仿真功能对该工装进行有限元分析,得到了工装的应力应变云图,验证了工装的合理性。
Bearing clearance has an influence on the running accuracy and bearing capacity. By controlling the clearance value,the transmission system vibration and noise can be reduced. According to the ZUA200 intercity EMU,this article puts forward the frock design plan for gear box bearing clearance adjustment,and establishes three-dimensional model of the frock subsidiary structures by using UG software. Meanwhile,with the software advanced simulation function,the finite element analysis of the frock is carried out,and the stress and strain are gained,which validate the rationality of frock.
