Research on the Demand and the Training of E-commerce Professionals under the Modern Industrial System

电子商务是基于互联网计算机技术应用而兴起的新兴商务模式。人类进入二十一世纪之后,计算机与网络科技得到了高度发展,于是电子商务在此背景下快速兴起,并迅速发展成为全球商务活动中不可或缺的重要组成部分。由于电子商务活动兴起的时间相对较短,目前整个社会十分缺少具有丰富经验的电子商务人才,而作为一名合格的电子商务人才,不仅需要掌握传统的商务工作业务素养,还需要掌握现代化的电子互联网信息技术。因此快速、大量培养这样的复合型电子商务人才,便成为电子商务顺利发展的关键所在,这也对今天的电子商务专业人才培养以及校企合作等相关工作提出了新的要求与思路。

E-commerce is a new kind of business model emerged based on the application of computer Internet technology. As the computer and network technology highly developed since 21 century, E-commerce rapidly grows up and becomes a very important part of global business activities. Due to the short development of E-commerce activities, it is very lack of experienced E-commerce professionals in the whole society. As a qualified E-commerce professional, both traditional business quality and mastering the electronic information technology of Internet is required. Therefore, fast training a large number of multi E-commerce professionals becomes the key element of smooth development of E-commerce. And new requirements and ideas are needed for current training of multi E-commerce professionals and school-enterprise cooperation.
