高职院校法制教育现状分析研究

Analytic Study on the Status of Legal Education in Vocational Colleges

党的十八大、十八届四中全会在对"全面推进依法治国"进行部署的同时,也对法制教育提出了新的更高的要求。高职院校法制教育工作中存在着教学"缩水",师资薄弱等问题,严重影响到了法制教育的效果及其目标的实现。"法制教育"的"德育"定位以及高职院校对于法制教育的重视程度不够是造成目前状况的重要因素。高职院校有必要对法制教育在高职人才培养工作中的意义加以重新审视。

With the convening of the 18 th National Congress of the CPC and the fourth plenary session of 18 th CPC centre committee, a scheme is put forward on the comprehensive governing the country according to law. At the same time, legal education is also faced with new and higher requirements. But in vocational colleges, as a result of reduced hours and lacking of qualified teachers, legal education is seriously affected. So it is difficult to achieve its goal. The reasons for this situation are in many ways, including the orientation of ＂moral education＂ and the little emphasis that vocational colleges has put on the legal education. It is necessary to reevaluate the significance of legal education.
