摘要
目的:优选壳聚糖-海藻酸钠缓释微囊的制备工艺,并考察其释药机制。方法:以壳聚糖、海藻酸钠为囊材,蛇床子的脂溶性成分为主药,采用喷雾器手工滴制的方法,制备微囊,以包封率为指标,通过正交试验优选制备工艺。并通过体外药物释放度测定评价其释药性能。结果:制备该微囊的最佳工艺条件为壳聚糖量0.4%、海藻酸钠量2.0%、药物质量浓度0.3g/m L。结论:壳聚糖-海藻酸钠微囊法应用于蛇床子脂溶性成分的包封,其制备简单快速、包封率较高,且具有良好的缓释作用。
Objective: To prefer the preparation of Chitosan-alginate microcapsules, and study its release mechanism. Methods: The microcapsules were prepared with chitosan and sodium alginate as wall materials, and the liposoluble components of Shechuangzi(Fructus Cnidii) as the based medicine. The author used the method of drip system of manual sprayer to make microcapsules, the encapsulation efficiency as the targets, and preferred preparation process by orthogonal test, and evaluated the performance of its release by drug release determination in vitro. Results: The optimum conditions for preparation of the microcapsules were: the amount of chitosan containing was 0.4%, the amount of sodium alginate containing was 2.0%, and drug concentration was 0.3 g/mL. Conclusion: The preparation of Chitosan-alginate microcapsules for liposoluble components of Shechuangzi was simple and fast, and the entrapment efficiency of the microcapsules was high, and also has a good sustained release.
