摘要
目的:对道地黄芩与非道地黄芪的解毒作用进行了比较。方法:观察道地与非道地黄芩低、中、高剂量组(5、10、20 g·kg-1灌胃)对雄黄致砷中毒小鼠血砷含量的影响和对四氯化碳致急性肝中毒小鼠肝组织山梨醇脱氢酶(SDH)活性及肝脏指数的影响。结果:10个产地的道地与非道地黄芩均可以降低雄黄致砷中毒小鼠血砷含量,并可以降低四氯化碳致急性肝中毒小鼠肝组织SDH活性和肝脏指数,且呈量效关系。道地性分析排序表明道地黄芩比非道地黄芩解毒作用好,现代道地黄芩的解毒作用优于古代道地黄芩。结论:不同产地黄芩均有解毒的作用,但作用强度不同,道地产区黄芩优于非道地产区黄芩,表明黄芩具有一定的道地性。
Objective: To compare the detoxication between Dao-di herb and non Dao-di herb of Huangqin. Methods: Observe the effects of low, middle and high dose group(5, 10, 20 g/kg) of Dao-di herb and non Dao-di herb of Huangqinon on arsenic contents in poisoning mice induced by realgar, and on sorbitol dehydrogenase(SDH) activity and liver index in acute liver toxicity rats induced by carbon tetrachloride. Results: The 10 areas of Dao-di herb and non Dao-di herb of Huangqin decreased arsenic poisoning mice induced by realgar arsenic contents in blood, and reduced the carbon tetrachloride induced acute hepatotoxicity of SDH activity and liver index, and showed dose-effect relationship. Genuineness analysis ordination showed that the detoxification of Dao-di herb was better than the non Dao-di herb of Huangqin, and modern Dao-di herb was better than the ancient Dao-di herb of Huangqin. Conclusion: Both the Dao-di and non Dao-di Huangqin have effects of detoxification, but the effect of different intensity and Dao-di Huangqin is better than the non Dao-di Huangqin.
