异常自噬在急性胰腺炎中的作用及其机制研究进展 被引量:1

Mechanism and role of impaired autophagy in acute pancreatitis

摘要 近年来,随着对自噬在急性胰腺炎发生发展中作用的认识进一步深入,有学者认为在急性胰腺炎中,自噬通路因为各种原因不能正常进行而导致自噬泡大量积累,自噬泡中胰蛋白酶原被异常激活从而启动急性胰腺炎过程。目前,对急性胰腺炎中异常自噬的机制还未有统一认识,多数认为溶酶体功能障碍可能是异常自噬的原因。本文就异常自噬在急性胰腺炎中的作用和溶酶体功能障碍介导急性胰腺炎中异常自噬的机制作一综述,以期更好地理解自噬在急性胰腺炎中的作用。 In recent years, the knowledge about role of autophagy in the acute pancreatitis(AP)has been increasingly expanded, and it has been realized that autophagy pathways may be impaired for various of reasons in AP, which makes a large number of autophagic vacuole accumulate, and trypsinogen in the autophagic vacuole is abnormally activated to induce AP. However, there is yet no scientific consensus about mechanism of impaired autophagy pathways. Lysosome dysfunction is counted as the main mechanisms of impaired autophagy by some scholars. So this article reviewed the role of impaired autophagy and the mechanism of lysosome dysfunction induced impaired autophagy in AP to understand the mechanism about autophagy in AP preferably.
