宫颈癌的自适应放疗 被引量:6

摘要 宫颈癌是中国女性最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤,严重威胁女性生命和健康,我国年发病约10 ~ 15万人.放射治疗不仅是Ⅱb期以上中晚期宫颈癌的首选治疗方式,也是术后有不良预后因素宫颈癌的重要辅助治疗手段.近年来,调强放疗越来越多地应用于宫颈癌的治疗中,与常规二维放疗、三维适形放疗相比,其具有更好的适形性和理想的剂量分布,并显著降低了胃肠道和血液系统的不良反应.
