夏克氏膝关节病的研究进展

Research in Charcot arthropathy

夏克氏关节病是一种临床少见病,可由多种致病因素引起,易发于大关节,尤其是膝关节,造成关节的骨质破坏,严重影响患者生活质量。随着社会的进步,其主要致病因素也由梅毒逐步被糖尿病取代,并呈现增多趋势。本文根据目前对此病的认识,从致病因素、发病机理、诊断和治疗等多方面对此作一系统综述。

Charcot arthropathy is a rare clinical disease that can be caused by a variety of pathogenic factors. It is more easily to attack large joints,especially the knee and result in joint bone damage,which could seriously affect the patient＇s quality of life. The main pathogenic factor was replaced gradually by diabetes from syphilis and showed a trend of increase with the development of the society. In this paper,based on the awareness of the disease,we review this disease systematically in many ways,just like pathogenic factors,pathogenesis,diagnosis and treatment.
