骨桥蛋白用于肝细胞癌诊断及预后的研究进展

摘要 骨桥蛋白（osteopontin,OPN）是一种具有多种生物活性的分泌型钙结合磷酸化糖蛋白,由Oldberg等最早从骨组织中分离并命名[1]。深入的研究发现,OPN在包括肝细胞癌（hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC）、胃癌、直肠癌、卵巢癌等多种恶性肿瘤中都过度表达,其参与了肿瘤的转移与复发,临床上可作为肿瘤诊断及预后的重要参考指标[2]。HCC是临床上的常见恶性肿瘤,一旦发现多为中晚期,其总体病死率在各类恶性肿瘤中占第3位,
