糖皮质激素在非酒精性脂肪肝发展中的作用 被引量：7

摘要 流行病学显示全球近三十年来非酒精性脂肪肝（NAFLD）患者明显增多,不但西方国家的发病率高达人群的20%~30%,而且近几年亚太地区发病率也达到10%~45%,且还在迅速增高[1]。中国近些年来随着经济的发展与国内外文化交流的增多,人们的生活方式及饮食结构发生了极大的改变,造成NAFLD患者日益增多,研究显示NAFLD在与代谢综合征（MS）有关的肥胖及2型糖尿病等患者中发病率明显增加[2,3],
