生物安全实验室过氧化氢熏蒸消毒灭菌效果的监测 被引量:6

Monitor the efficacy of hydrogen peroxide fumigation sterilization in biosafety laboratory

摘要 目的观察过氧化氢蒸汽熏蒸消毒对生物安全实验室内空间及物体表面灭菌效果,同时探索敞开性设备内部表面达到最佳灭菌效果的方案。方法采用载体定性杀菌试验法,检测不同过氧化氢蒸汽发生剂量对生物安全实验室内空间及敞开性设备表面熏蒸消毒效果。结果保持室内常温,相对湿度40%~50%,用Bioquell Z-2过氧化氢蒸汽发生器,进行汽化熏蒸消毒,密闭作用60 min,空间分布过氧化氢浓度含量为9 g/m3可以对室内空间不同位置表面放置的染菌嗜热脂肪芽胞杆菌完全杀灭;对室内敞开性设备内部不同位置表面放置的染菌嗜热脂肪芽胞杆菌,过氧化氢浓度含量15 g/m3可完全杀灭。结论用Bioquell Z-2过氧化氢蒸汽发生器产生的蒸汽对生物安全实验室空间和敞开性设备内部表面熏蒸可以将污染在载体上的细菌芽孢达到完全杀灭,消毒效果符合要求。 Objective To observe the sterilization efficacy of hydrogen peroxide vaporon the surface of equipments and space of biosafety laboratory, and explore the best plan of sterilization. Methods Carrier qualitative germicidal test method was used to observe the sterilization efficacy of different hydrogen peroxide dosage in space and on surface of the opening equipments. Results When the indoor temperature was constantand relative humidity was 40 -50%, use BIOQUELL-Z2 sterilizer continuously emitted hydrogen peroxide vapor of 9 g/m3 for 60 min, all of the carrier of Bacillus stearothermophilus, which was put in space in the biosafety laboratory were killed completely. And hydrogen peroxide vapor of 15 g/m3 could completely kilhhe Bacillus stearothermophilus, which was applied on the surface of the open equipments. Conclusion Use BIOQUELL-Z2 hydrogen peroxide vapor sterilizer can kill the carrier ofBacillus stearothermophilus in space and surface of the opening equipments in the biosafety laboratory completely. The sterilization efficacymet the requirements.
