妊娠D-二聚体的变化及临床意义 被引量：9

摘要 D-二聚体为临床常见的检测指标,应用广泛。对于妊娠妇女,目前国内外均有不少研究,但缺乏综合的系统评估,通过文献进行综述,分析归纳出D-二聚体浓度将随妊娠生理性凝血功能改变而发生动态变化,其正常妊娠D-二聚体升高在早中晚孕期分别可为非孕期的1.0、2.0、3.0倍以上,若D-二聚体升高为相应妊娠阶段2.0倍左右或更多,提示体内凝血及纤溶系统可能出现亢进,预兆疾病的发生,应及时诊断并积极治疗。由于多数的研究仅为单中心小样本研究,妊娠D-二聚体的临界值尚未定论,有待进行Meta分析或大样本各中心联合的临床研究,对指导临床有重要作用。
