摘要
目的探讨外排泵表型阳性的鲍曼不动杆菌主动外排泵在耐药方面的作用和外排泵基因表达情况。方法用PCR扩增对外排泵表型阳性的鲍曼不动杆菌34株进行外排泵蛋白基因ade B的检测和分析,并测序。结果 34株外排泵表型阳性的鲍曼不动杆菌检测到ade B基因有33株,检出阳性率为97.06%。对33株鲍曼不动杆菌的外排泵基因ade B进行测序,经比对所测序列与Genebank中序列同源性为100%。结论主动外排泵基因是鲍曼不动杆菌发生多重耐药的重要因素之一。
Objective To investigate Acinetobacter baumannii efflux pump positive phenotype and efflux pump gene expression in the resistant isolates. Methods Using PCR amplification and sequencing to study efflux pump protein gene ade B sequence characteristics in 34 strains Acinetobacter baumannii. Results There were 33 ade B strains in 34 positive efflux pump phenotypes Acinetobacter baumannii strains,positive detection rate was 97. 06%. By sequence comparison,ade B genes sequence homology was 100% in the Gen Bank. Conclusion Active efflux pump gene perturbation is one of the important factors in multiresistant Acinetobacter baumannii.
