哈尔滨地区少年儿童第二磨牙钙化与骨龄相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究哈尔滨地区第二磨牙钙化阶段和骨骼成熟度间的相关性。方法通过曲面断层片和头颅侧位片对哈尔滨地区200名少年儿童(男92例,女108例)的牙龄和颈椎骨龄进行测量,运用统计学的分析方法,建立牙龄指数(demirjian index,DI)与颈椎骨成熟指数(cervical vertebrae maturation indicators,CVMI)之间的联系。结果下颌第二磨牙钙化阶段与颈椎骨成熟度之间呈高度相关性。结论哈尔滨地区少年儿童下颌第二磨牙钙化程度与颈椎骨龄正相关。因此,可以使用下颌第二磨牙牙龄指数作为判断骨骼的生长发育阶段的辅助指标,从而为牙齿正畸治疗及评估患者的生长发育情况提供依据。 Objective To investigate the relationship between second molar calcification stages and skeletal maturation among adolescents in Harbin. Methods Two hundred adolescents in Harbin with aged from 8 to 18 years were enrolled. Samples were obtained from panoramic radiographs and lateral cephalograms. The relationship between dental maturity( demirjian index,DI) and skeletal maturity( cervical vertebrae maturation indicators,CVMI) was statistically analyzed. Results A highly significant association was found between DI and CVMI. Conclusion Cervical vertebral bone ages and madibular second molar calcification stages have correlation among adolescents in Harbin. Mandibular second molar DI stages are a reliable index of skeletal maturity during orthodontic treatment.
