摘要 目的探讨3D打印技术制作美学模板的可行性,为临床可操作性提供依据。方法选取拟制作全瓷冠的工作模型,牙体预备数分别为1颗、2颗、4颗、8颗各10例,分别用3D打印技术制作美学模板和传统方法制作美学树脂冠,比较其椅旁工作时间。结果使用3D打印技术美学模板制作时间显著少于传统方法制作美学树脂冠的时间(P<0.05)。结论使用3D打印技术制作美学模板可有效减少椅旁工作时间。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of the three-dimensional printing( 3DP)technology in aesthetic template in vitro for clinical application. Methods The models of making all-ceramic crowns were chosen. Teeth preparation number of gypsum model was one,two,four,and eight. The specimen for each group was 10. The experimental group was fabricated by3 DP technology,while the control group was fabricated by traditional methods. Chairside working hours of both groups were evaluated. Results Time of aesthetic template making by 3DP technology was significantly less than aesthetic resin making by traditional method( P 0. 05).Conclusion Using 3DP technology to produce aesthetic template can effectively reduce clinical chairside working hours.
