腰椎间盘退行性变及损伤的生物力学研究进展 被引量:13

摘要 腰椎间盘突出是引起腰腿痛、下腰痛的主要原因。生物力学因素是腰椎间盘突出的重要诱因。文章针对腰椎间盘的结构和力学特性、腰椎间盘损伤特点、退行性变椎间盘有限元模型的建立及其损伤的力学机制的研究进展进行综述,并对日常生活中腰椎间盘损伤的预防提出几点建议。
