德州市属重度缺水地区。2014年,德州市发生了多年不遇的大旱,旱情持续时间长、主汛期降水量少、旱情程度深,影响范围广。通过总结全市夺取抗旱双保工作胜利的应对措施及经验,并进行深度分析,为今后德州市及其他地区的抗旱工作提供参考。
Dezhou City belongs to severe water shortage area. In 2014, the city was hit by the worst drought over the years that featured as long lasting, little precipitation in flood season, extremely severity of drought condition and wide scope of influence. Key measures and experiences for ensuring the success of drought relief are summarized, which should be learned in the future practices of the city and referenced by other cities in drought relief.
