摘要 精氨酸是目前发现的动物细胞内功能最多的氨基酸。近年来,有关精氨酸营养和生理功能的研究日益增多,并取得了许多突破性的研究进展。文章拟对精氨酸的性质、重要生理功能、作用机制及其应用进行综述。 Arginine has the most functions in amino acids in animal cells. In recent years, the research of nutrition and physiological function in arginine were increased day by day, and had made many groundbreaking research. This article intended to review arginine's characteristic, physiological functions, effect mechanism and its applications.
