摘要
普法的实质就是指通过法律信息的传播,改变并确立民众法治观念的活动,普及公民法律知识是建设我国社会主义法治社会的一项重要的使命。基于对当下我国普法现状的分析,表明我国普法的目标并没有真正实现。而现代大众传媒作为信息传播的新型媒介,能够正确地引导舆论、客观公正地报道、为受众提供及时服务等等,对我国的普法事业有着重要的实践意义。从大众传媒中的受众及其细分理论角度,分析其在我国普法语境中具有实效性,然后对普法宣传的对象做出具体的划分,分别从儿童、青少年、中年人、老年人的角度,提出不同的普法策略,这可以获得最好的普法效果。
The essence of law popularization is the important mission to construct our socialist society under the rule of law through the spread of legal information,the change and establishment of people's ideas about rule of law and popularization of knowledge of law.Based on the analysis of the present situation of law popularization in our country,the goal has been realized.The modern mass media as a new medium of information transmission can guide public opinion correctly,cover objectively and fairly and provide timely service and so on,which is of practical importance in popularization of legal knowledge.From the perspective of the audience and its subdivision theory in mass media,the paper analyzes the effectiveness of law popularization in our country,and then put forward different popularization strategy by making specific divisions respectively from the perspective of children,youth,the middle-aged,the elderly,thus best result will be obtained.
