摘要
研究界定了高师生自我导向学习能力的内涵,修订了测评量表并在高师院校进行抽样调查。结果显示,高师生自我导向学习能力由积极学习、终身学习、开放学习、创新学习、喜爱学习五个因子组成;高师生自我导向学习能力量表具有良好的信度和效度;高师生自我导向学习能力水平中等,并在性别、年级、专业等方面存在不同程度的显著差异。
The research first of all defines the content of student's self-guided learning in teacher education universities,and then revived performance appraisal scale with which the sampling survey was made.The results show that student's self-guided learning ability is composed of five factors:active learning,lifelong learning,open learning;innovative learning and fondness of learning.The student's learning ability scale is of good reliability and validity,but the level of student's self-guided learning ability is of medium,and some gaps exit in sex,grade and majors to some extent.
