高职院校旅游类“学工结合”实践教学模式探索

An Exploration into Practice Teaching Model of Combining Learning with Working for Tourist Majors in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校是培养旅游服务应用型人才的主阵地。创新"学工淡旺交替、校企深度合作"的旅游服务与管理专业实践教学模式,在实践教学的课程结构、教学时间安排、实践基地建设、师资队伍建设、教学评价体系等方面进行大胆尝试,完善专业实践课程教学,是一种顺应旅游市场人才需求的实践教学新形态。

Higher vocational colleges are the main territory for training application-oriented personnel of tourist industry.The pioneering efforts have been made in exploring the tourist major practice teaching model based on work-learn alternative in peak and slack seasons,in-depth cooperation between school and enterprises such as curriculum structure of practice teaching,teaching hours setup,construction of practice bases,building up of teaching faculty and teaching assessment system in order to perfect practice curriculum teaching of specialties,which may be a new model of practice teaching adaptive to talent demand in tourist industry.
