阴道分泌物真菌与滴虫感染的季节性变化研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的研究分析阴道分泌物真菌和滴虫感染与季节性变化关系,旨在提高对女性阴道感染的诊断能力。方法随机选取2011年5月-2013年5月接受治疗的1 500例女性患者,所有患者均行阴道分泌物常规检查,并对检查结果进行回顾性分析,采用SPSS 12.0软件进行统计分析。结果 1 500例女性患者中感染172例,感染率为11.47%;真菌性阴道炎显著高于滴虫性阴道炎,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者真菌感染率最高的季节为秋季,感染率为10.10%,春季感染率最低为6.6%,数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);4个季节滴虫感染率之间相比,差异无统计学意义;年龄段≤20岁患者真菌感染率最高,随着年龄的升高真菌感染率呈下降趋势。结论阴道分泌物中真菌感染率显著高于滴虫感染率,同时真菌感染存在明显季节变化特征,滴虫感染则不受季节变化影响。 OBJECTIVE To study the relation between fungi and trichomoniasis in vaginal secretions and season changes so as to improve the diagnosis of female vaginal infections.METHODS Totally 1500 cases of female patients who received treatments from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected randomly.All patients were adopted routine examination with their vaginal secretions.The results were analyzed retrospectively and SPSS 12.0was used for statistical analysis.RESULTS Among the 1500 cases of female patients,172 were infected with the infection rate of 11.47%.Colpomycosis were significantly higher than trichomoniasis.(P〈0.05).Autumn was the season with the highest fungi infection rate(10.10%),while spring with the lowest infection rate(6.6%).The difference of the data was significant(P〈0.05);but the infection rates of trichomonad among the four seasons were of no significance.Patients who were no more than 20 years old had the highest infection rate;there was a negative correlation between the age and fungi infection rate.CONCLUSION The fungal infection rate is remarkably higher than trichomonas infection rate in vaginal secretions.At the same time,obvious features of season changes are found in fungal infections.While trichomonas infections are not influenced by season changes.
