胸壁Askin瘤1例

摘要 患者 男,26岁.反复右侧胸痛2月余.查体一般情况良好,右侧胸壁腋后线第9肋压痛明显,未扪及包块.胸部CT提示右侧后下胸壁第9后肋旁见梭形软组织影,邻近肋骨见骨皮质增生硬化,表面见轻度骨膜反应,贴近肿块部分骨质有吸收、破坏;增强后软组织影内可见1.5 cm×1.6 cm类球形低密结节,内呈渐进性轻度絮状强化,以偏囊性密度为主,周边实性部分较均匀性中度强化（图1、2）.骨扫描（99mTc-MDP）提示右第9后肋代谢异常活跃.术前考虑诊断：右胸壁肿瘤.
