美国大学图书馆危机管理的研究与实践

运用文献调研和网站调查的方法,对美国大学图书馆危机管理的研究与实践现状进行了归纳分析。研究结果发现,灾难管理或突发事件管理等是美国图书馆危机管理一般使用的概念;案例研究、经验总结是重要的研究方法;灾前预防、危机应对阶段的图书馆服务、灾后恢复处理、相关的技术运用以及图书馆在各种社会危机中的作用是研究的重点;在实践中,积极构建图书馆系统内、外的危机应对协作网络;制定紧急应变手册和建立专门的应急机构,以预防和应对危机的发生。
