强化学会功能,提升学会服务科技创新能力的研究

对新疆而言,作为中国科学技术协会的重要组成部分,新疆科学技术协会在新疆科技事业发展和社会经济建设中,作出了突出贡献。当然学会工作还存在整体水平不高,发展不平衡,学会自我发展能力不足等问题。为此,2012年10月新疆科学技术协会启动决策咨询项目——"如何更好地发挥科学技术协会在建设创新型新疆中作用"。其宗旨是进一步提高认识,统一思想,明确新疆科学技术协会所属学会在建设创新型新疆中的地位和作用,研究和探讨新疆所属学会在发展中存在问题、工作思路和解决对策,提升学会能力,尽快适应新疆改革和发展的需要。
