生物类专业学科服务模式及人才队伍建设初探

摘要 分析了生物类学科的特点及师生对学科服务的需求。根据其特点、需求及几年的学科服务工作实践,从开展教学、科研参与式服务;与专业教师合作,做好基于专业知识的信息素养教育;资源荐购,建立学科服务平台三方面论述了生物类学科馆员的服务模式。从完善学科馆员制度、建立学科馆员激励机制及提高选拔门槛,建立例行业务学习与定期交流、培训相结合和人才培养模式两方面对人才队伍的建设提出对策。 The article has analyzed the characteristics and subject services demands of teachers and students of biology. Ac- cording to the characteristics, subject services demands and working practice, the paper discusses the biological type of subject librarian service mode from following aspects: carrying out the participating style services in teach- ing and scientific research; information literacy education based on professional knowledge that cooperates with' professional teachers; resource recommendation and establish the subject service platform. The paper also put for- ward the countermeasures to talent team construction as follows: perfect the system of subject librarians, establish- ing incentive mechanism of subject librarians; and improve the selection of threshold, establish regular professional study combined with regular communication, training and cultivation of talents.
