摘要
大数据时代图书馆的竞争是人才的竞争,本文以人力资源管理为基础,提出图书馆创新管理体系模式。指出图书馆人力资源管理的关键是"评"和"励"。通过有效的人才管理,促进图书馆服务的创新,带来新的创新服务价值,并将此反馈于人才管理,以形成图书馆运行与发展的良性循环。
With the development of information and big data, human resources become more important in library. Based on human resources management, the article puts forward the innovation of library management system. It is pointed out that the key of library human resource management is Evaluation and Reward, so it focuses on the analysis of e- valuation methods and incentive measures. Through effective talent management, the innovation of library service promotion, bring new innovation service value, so it can feed back to the management of talents and form a good circulation of the operation in the library.
