恶性间皮瘤100例临床病理分析

Malignant mesothelioma: clinicopathological analyses of 100 cases

目的研究恶性间皮瘤的临床特点、病理学形态、免疫表型及鉴别诊断。方法对100例恶性间皮瘤的临床资料、病理学形态及免疫组化进行总结与分析,并探讨其鉴别诊断。结果恶性间皮瘤男性较女性多见,平均年龄53岁,病变部位广泛,临床症状无特异性。肿瘤组织学形态复杂,组织排列多变,细胞形态多样。免疫组化:calretinin(93/100)、CK5/6(63/79)、D2-40(24/37)和WT-1(8/17)(+)。结论恶性间皮瘤的诊断需结合临床资料、以病理形态为主并结合免疫组化结果综合考虑,但要重视鉴别诊断。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics,pathological morphology,immune phenotype and differential diagnosis of malignant mesothelioma. Methods Clinical data,pathological morphology and immune phenotype were summarized and analyzed in 100 patients with malignant mesothelioma. And differential diagnosis of malignant mesothelioma was discussed. Results Malignant mesothelioma was noted by a male dominance with a mean age of 53 years. Its lesional sites were extensive and its clinical symptoms were not specific. The morphology of tumor tissue was complex,with changing organizational alignment and diverse cellular morphology. Immunohistochemical staining was positive for calretinin（ 93 /100）,CK5 / 6（ 63 /79）,D2-40（ 24 /37）,WT-1（ 8 /17） and others. Conclusions A correct diagnosis of malignant mesothelioma can be made with the combination of clinical data,pathological morphology and immunohistochemical results,but also paying more attention to its differential diagnosis.
