喉及下咽部CT仿真内窥镜成像技术分析及其临床研究

摘要 目的:探索CT仿真内窥镜成像技术在对喉及下咽部检查的临床价值。方法:对20例正常健康人群和20例喉及咽部经病理证实病变的患者行CT仿真内窥镜(3.0mm层厚、1.0mm间隔、1.0螺距)成像检查,并与手术结果进行对比分析。结果:CT仿真内窥镜成像技术对喉及下咽部病变的检查准确率约为90.0%,与临床病理组织检查相比Χ2=1.0000,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论 :CT仿真内窥镜对喉及下咽部疾病患者的成像处理,可对异常及正常的喉部及下咽部情况进行反馈,属于非侵袭性的、新型的检查方式,具有广阔的临床运用前景。 Objective :To explore clinical value of CT simulation endoscopy imaging technology on larynx and hypopharynx examinations. Methods:20 normal healthy persons and 20 laryngeal and pharyngeal patients confirmed by pathological lesions were subject to the imaging examination of CT simulation endoscope (3.0 mm layer thickness, 1.0 interval and 1.0 mm pitch), and surgical results were compared and analyzed. Results:The examination accuracy of CT simulation endoscopy imaging technology on larynx and hypopharynx lesion hit 90.0%, which hit χ^2=1.0000 and P〈0.05 when compared to that in clinical histopathologic examination, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion:The imaging processing of CT simulation endoscopy on patients with larynx and hypopharynx diseases can feed back abnormal and normal conditions of larynx and hypopharynx, becoming noninvasive and new way of examination, casting wide prospect of clinical application.
