壹作者简介沈铨,字衡之,号南苹,今浙江湖州市德清县新市镇（今浙江省湖州市吴兴区）人,以画花鸟见长。少时家贫,沈铨随父学扎纸花,20岁左右,他开始学习绘画,并以此为生。
The polyphyly and metastatic characteristics of malignant tumor had been recognized for long time. Though important for treatment and prognosis of the patient, they are often confused in clinical. Imaging examination plays a key role in the early detection and treatment. This article reports one case of breast cancer and renal cancer and review similar cases, expecting to prompting physicians.
