巨耳伴先天性半侧颜面增生一例
摘要
一、病例介绍
患者男，5岁，因先天性左侧巨耳于2009年9月入院。患者出生后即被发现左侧耳廓巨大，无其他不适症状，后持续增大，伴随左侧上、下颌骨及面部皮下软组织增大（图1）。患者系第1胎，足月顺产，其父母均健康，非近亲结婚，否认遗传性疾病史和妊娠期药物接触史。
