超声自动乳腺全容积扫描中火山口征对乳腺肿物的鉴别价值

摘要 目的:探讨超声自动乳腺全容积扫描( ABVS)冠状断面中“火山口征”在乳腺良、恶性肿物诊断中的应用价值。方法应用ABVS系统对70例乳腺实性肿物患者进行分析,并与手术或穿刺病理结果进行对照,分析其在乳腺良、恶性肿物鉴别诊断中的应用价值。结果 ABVS冠状面“火山口征”对乳腺良恶性肿物鉴别诊断的敏感性为65.5%,特异性为90.5%。“火山口征”的出现在乳腺良、恶性肿物中的差异有统计学意义(χ2=29.76,P<0.05)。结论 ABVS冠状面“火山口征”在乳腺良、恶性肿物鉴别诊断中有重要的临床意义,是二维超声的良好补充。 Objective To study the value of “crater sign”on coronary section by automated breast volume scanner(ABVS) in diagnosing benign or malignant breast tumours .Methods 70 cases of breast tumours were observed by ABVS and contrast with pathology .The clinical value of ABVS in diagnosing benign or malignant breast tumours was analyzed .Results The sensitivity of "crater sign“on coronary section was 65.5% and the specificity was 90.5%.The difference in benign or malignant breast tumours with ”crater sign“was statistically significant (χ2 =29.76,P〈0.05).Conclusion ABVS coronary section with "crater sign”has important clinical value in diagnosing benign or malignant breast tumours and is a new supplement of two -dimensional ultrasound .
