Historical Process of African Integration of the Past Century:Review and Theoretical Analysis

20世纪初叶以来兴起的亚非复兴运动,具有十分复杂而广阔的世界文明史重建与人类现代性再次探索的意义。在此过程中,基于自身文明形态与制度特征而艰难推进的非洲一体化运动,不仅具有十分复杂的背景与动力,而且始终呈现出与众不同的发展轨迹、追求目标与曲折历程。透过非洲文明形态与历史个性的深度观察,我们需重新评判百年来非洲一体化复兴运动的基本特点及其成败得失。非洲跨越式、多层次重叠的一体化复兴运动,与百年来非洲大陆的政治建构、经济发展、文明重建及当下政治经济发展新情势有着复杂的互动关系。非洲一体化发展的机遇与挑战俱存,理想图景可期可待。同时,该学术命题之研究需注重理论思考、学理探讨与方法创新。

Since the early 20th century, the rise of Asian - African Renaissance movement is of very complex and significant meaning for reconstructing the world civilization history and re - exploring the human modernity. In the process of this movement, based on its own civilization and system characteristics, the African Integration has been moving on, not only with a complex background and motivation, but also showing a distinctive development path, different goals and difficult experiences. Based on deep insights into African civilization and history, this paper tries to reevaluate the basic characteristics, achievements and failures of African Integration in the past century. The African Integration ＆ Renaissance movement, with the leap development and multilevel, has a complex interaction among political construction, economic development, cultural reconstruction and the current situation of political and economic development in this continent. The African Integration faces both opportunities and challenges, but the prospects can be expected. Furthermore, this research subject needs to focus on theoretical thinking, academic exploring and method innovation.
