组合式行星挤出机流场的有限元数值模拟

摘要 运用计算流体动力学软件,对组合式行星挤出机内的流场进行了三维等温数值模拟。参照模拟结果,探讨了组合式行星挤出机内的压力场、速度场、局部剪切速率等特性,其中着重分析了组合式行星挤出机各段的建压能力。其分析结果对组合式行星挤出机的结构优化有一定的指导作用。 By using computational fluid dynamics software, the three dimensional isothermal numerical simulations of the combined type planetary extruder flow field were carried out. Referring to the simulation results, the pressure field, velocity field, the local shear rate and other features of the combined type planetary extruder flow field were analyzed. The capacity of build pressure of the combined type planetary extruder in each segment was focused in this paper. The analysis results could be useful for structure optimization of the combined type planetary extruder.
