摘要
目的:通过比较超声乳化手术与小切口非超声乳化手术治疗白内障临床疗效及安全性,从而为临床白内障治疗提供更优选择。方法:按照手术方式不同将本次收治的98例单纯性老年白内障患者分组为对照组与治疗组,各49例。对照组采用超声乳化手术治疗,治疗组采用小切口非超声乳化术治疗。比较两组手术前后各时间段视力和角膜平均散光值、平均手术时间、并发症。结果:两组患者术后3mo角膜散光值与术前比较,P〉0.05;其他时段视力和角膜散光值明显优于手术前(P〈0.05)。两组患者手术时间和术后不同时间段平均视力及角膜散光值、并发症比较,P〉0.05。当晶状体核硬度为Ⅰ~Ⅲ级时,两组角膜内皮细胞计数比较,P〉0.05;当晶状体核硬度为Ⅳ~Ⅴ级时,两组角膜内皮细胞计数比较,P〈0.05。结论:相比超声乳化手术来说,临床采用小切口非超声乳化手术治疗白内障效果与其相当,但临床需根据白内障患者核硬度实际情况来选择合适手术治疗,以提高临床疗效。
AIM: To compare the clinical efficacy and safety of phacoemulsification and small incision non-phacoemulsification cataract surgery,and provide better options for clinical cataract treatment.METHODS: According to the different operation methods,98 cases of simple senile cataract patients in our hospital were divided into control group and treatment group,49 cases in each. The control group received ultrasonic emulsification operation treatment; treatment group were treated by small incision non-phacoemulsification. Visual acuity,astigmatism values,average operation time, and complications were compared between two groups before and after operation.RESULTS: There was no significant difference in preoperative corneal astigmatism values of two groups at3 mo between two groups( P 〉 0. 05). On other times,vision and corneal astigmatism were obviously better than those before operation( P 〈 0. 05). The average vision,corneal astigmatism values and complications incidence of two group at operation time and different postoperative time had no statistical difference( P 〉 0. 05). When the lens nucleus hardness was at Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ level, corneal endothelial cell count of two groups had no significant difference( P 〉0. 05). When the lens nucleus hardness was at Ⅳ ~Ⅴ level,there was statistical difference( P 〈0. 05).CONCLUSION: Small incision non- phacoemulsification cataract surgery has the similarly efficacy compared with phacoemulsification. It should be based on the actual situation of the hardness of nuclear to select the appropriate surgical treatment.
