摘要 肝脏最重要的特征之一是其在受损后能基本维持原有体积甚至功能的再生能力。肝细胞以其强大的自我复制能力在肝再生过程中发挥主导和关键作用。肝细胞增殖能力明显受限和(或)肝细胞需求明显增加时,肝脏内其他细胞亦可能通过不同方式参与肝再生。深入研究肝再生过程中肝脏内不同细胞的作用及其机制,有助于进一步增加对肝脏再生的了解,为各种晚期肝病的临床诊治提供新的思路和方法。 One of the most important characteristics of adult liver is its regenerative ability to maintain its original mass and function after injury. With remarkable self-replication ability, hepatocytes play a critical role in liver regeneration. When there is a restriction in the proliferation capacity and / or a massive loss of mature hepatocytes,other cells in liver can contribute to liver regeneration in different ways. Deep study on the effects and mechanisms of various hepatic cells' contribution to liver regeneration is helpful for increasing the understanding about liver regeneration and providing new insights for diagnosis and management of various advanced liver diseases.
