海相软土地基的塑料排水板和袋装砂井联合堆载预压加固方法 被引量:8

Consolidating Technology of Marine Soft Soil Foundation by Plastic Drainage Plate and Sand Wick with Preloading

摘要 针对场地内夹杂岸堤、塘埂和人行道路网的软土地基处理面临的技术难题,提出了塑料排水板和袋装砂井联合堆载预压加固大面积复杂深厚海相软基的方法。为克服塑料排水板施工回带问题,提出了一套针对夹杂人行道路网的深厚海相软土区域地基的塑料排水板打设工艺和桩靴。根据现场区域试验监测得到塑料排水板和袋装砂井联合处理地基的沉降数据,指导大面积地基处理施工,提出区域试验与大面积施工并行的施工决策技术。工程实践表明,采用该技术处理深厚海相软土地基具有良好的加固效果,土体在竖向得到充分排水固结,大部分地基沉降在施工期基本完成,有效控制了场地的工后沉降和施工工期,达到了超载预压目的,可为沿海深厚复杂海相软土地基加固处理提供参考。 In order to solve the technical difficulties in reinforcing soft foundation that includes embankment, pond and pedestrian network, the plastic drainage board and sand wick combined with surcharge preloading technology is proposed to reinforce the large complex deep marine soft. To overcome the problem that part of the plastic drainage board may be simultaneously pulled out when its casing is removed during construction, a set of pill process and pile boots of plastic drain board is proposed for the deep marine clay foundation inclusion of sidewalk area road network. According to the regional monitoring test of the site, the settlement data of the plastic drain board and sand wick processing foundation is obtained. The field monitoring data is used to guide the construction of the large area ground handling. The parallel construction decision techniques that large area heaping construction started in the 30 days after the small test area is applied each level load is proposed. It is shown in the engineering practice that this construction method used to reinforce the deep marine soft soil foundation has achieved good reinforcement results. This technology can effectively accelerate the consolidation of the marine soft soil foundation. It drains and consolidates adequately the soft soil in vertical, and effectively controls the post- construction settlement and construction period. It has provided an important reference for the reinforcement of the coastal deep complex marine soft soil foundation.
