摘要
以杏鲍菇、鸡腿菇、灵芝、猴头4种食用菌为实验材料,分别在PDA和栽培料培养基中加入不同量的β-寡聚酸,研究不同量的β-寡聚酸对4种食用菌菌丝生长的影响.结果表明:每1 000mL PDA培养基中加入1.0mLβ-寡聚酸时,菌丝生长速度最快,与对照组有显著性差异;在栽培料培养基中,每1kg干料中加入2.0mLβ-寡聚酸时,菌丝生长速度最快,与对照组有显著性差异.
Pleurotus eryngii , Coprinus comatus ,Ganoderma and Hericium hydnurn were used as the material to investigate the effect of β-oligomeric acid on the mycelia growth of four edible fungi, by adding different quantities to PDA medium and compost medium. The result showed that when 1.0 mL β-oligomeric acid was added to 1 000 mL PDA medium,the mycelia grew fastest,and showed significant difference from the control;when 2.0 mL β-oligomeric acid was added to 1 kg compost medium,the mycelia grew fas- test ,and showed significant difference from the control.
