图书馆联盟协同创新机制研究

Research on the Collaborative Innovation Mechanism of Library Consortia

加强联盟成员馆之间的深度合作关系是实现图书馆联盟协同创新机制长期稳定运行的主要途径。本文基于协同学、生态学等交叉学科理论基础,对图书馆联盟协同创新机制进行了深入分析,并将图书馆联盟协同创新行为分为三个主要阶段,即萌芽期、接触期和运行期,在此基础上从动力协同、路径协同和知识管理协同三个方面构建了图书馆联盟协同创新机制,并通过协同度来评估图书馆联盟的协同创新效应,进而建立图书馆联盟协同创新理论分析框架。

The profound cooperation of the research library consortia has great significance to establish a long-term mechanism and stability collabora- tive innovation. Based on the theory of collaborative science, ecology and other related cross-disciplinary, this paper deeply analyses the collaborative in- novation mechanism of library consortia, and divides the mechanism into three stages： the gestation period, contact period and operation period. Then it puts forward the strategies of constructing library consortia cooperative innovation intrinsic mechanism from three dimensions including power coordination, path coordination, and knowledge management coordination. Combined with the measuring instrument-collaborative evaluation, this paper builds the theoretical framework of library consortia collaborative innovation mechanism.
